Body weight workout #4

This is the most simple format of the series, 3 different Supersets 2 exercises each, 5 sets of each exercise.

To make it more intese limit your rest periods between sets, add reps to each exercise, or you can add an extra exercise too each of the Supersets.

Its possible to finish this work out in less than 15 minutes. So this is a good one if you’re on a time crunch.

Work out :

Super set:

·        A1) Push ups 5 sets x5-10

·        A2) kneeling step ups 5x20

Super set 2:

·        Squat jumps: 5x15

·        Plank: 5x30 sec

Superset 3:

·        Burpee: 5x5

·        Cossack squat: 5x10 each side

I hope that this series of exercises has been helpful for everyone, I thoroughly enjoy writing work outs. If you’re inclined you could do these 4 work outs every week. They would help tour mind body and soul, with that being said I am excited to announce a 6 week body weight training program.

This program will be released next week, anyone who buys the program will be added into a private group for support and accountability. Using only body weight training, and several formats to keep verity and engagement high. To make it accessible for everyone I will include modifier exercises as options too so that everyone can progress at their own rate.
